1 Player Mode:
Use the W, A, S, D or the Arrow keys
Press the Spacebar for handbrake
Press C to switch the camera
Press T to connect/detach the trailer

2 Player Game Mode:
Player 1:
Use the W, A, S, D keys to move
Press the Spacebar for Handbrake
Press C to switch the camera

Player 2:
Use the Arrow Keys to move
Press J for handbrake
Press B to switch the camera
